Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure fairness for all clients, we have the following refund policy in place:

• Same-Day Cancellations by Client: If you cancel your session on the same day, it will be considered a used session, and no refund will be issued.

• Same-Day Cancellations by Giovannie: If a session is canceled by Giovannie on the same day, the full amount will be credited back to you.

• Expiration of Pre-Paid Sessions: All pre-paid sessions must be utilized within six months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire.

LATE PAYMENTS/RETURNED CHECKS:
Will be charged a $25 fee.

MEMBERSHIP/CLASSES
Ongoing membership is month to month with a 6-month commitment for new students. It usually takes 6-8 months for actors to become familiar with the process and only then, can we go into more deeper, emotional work. Most of my actors that are booking consistently have been studying with me for a year or more.
Classes are educational only and attending classes is not a job interview, audition or promise of employment.
